THE CONCEPT

The concept

What exactly is a private spa?

It means no other guests are present during your time slot. The entire space — jacuzzi, sauna, lounge, shower, bathroom area — is exclusively yours. No shared cabins, no overlapping bookings.

How many people maximum?

From 2 to 6 people depending on your booking. Above 4 people, we recommend the overnight stay — you'll have time to actually enjoy. For hen parties or larger groups, see our dedicated page.

How long does a session last?

Two options: 2 hours (classic slot) or 15 hours overnight (from 7 PM to 10 AM next morning). We don't offer shorter sessions — one hour is barely enough to settle in.

Do you have a Turkish bath / hammam?

No, we don't. We offer a Scandinavian sauna (75°C), a jacuzzi (38°C), and an Italian shower. We made a deliberate choice: do fewer things, but do them well.

What about hygiene?

Between every booking, we take one full hour to reset the space: jacuzzi drained and refilled with full treatment, surfaces disinfected, linens fully changed.

How do I book?

Three ways: (1) the form on our Contact page, (2) by phone or WhatsApp at +33 (0)7 86 89 03 08, (3) by email at spaentreparentheses@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit card, bank transfer. Full payment is required to lock the time slot.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your slot. After that, the payment is retained. In case of major emergency (illness, extreme weather, transport strike), contact us — we always try to find a solution.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, up to 72 hours before the slot. We'll find a new date if possible. Beyond that, contact us anyway — we look at each case individually.

Gift card

How long is the gift card valid?

18 months from the issue date. Longer than the market standard (12 months).

Is the gift card refundable?

No, like most gift cards. It is however transferable with our agreement.

Can the recipient choose a different format?

Yes, within the paid amount. If they want a cheaper format, the balance stays usable. If they want something more expensive, they top up at booking.

On site

Is swimwear required?

No. You're alone during your slot. Dress (or undress) as you wish. We provide robes.

Water temperatures?

Jacuzzi: 38°C. Sauna: 75°C. Both can be adjusted slightly to your preference upon arrival.

Can I bring my own champagne or food?

Yes, no surcharge or corkage fee. We provide glasses, champagne bucket, ice. You can also order a bottle from us, a savoury platter, or a sweet platter (see our packs).

Can I order dinner?

No on-site kitchen. You can bring your own food, have it delivered by a restaurant or caterer of your choice, or add a platter from our menu (savoury, sweet, or both).

How do I get there?

Metro: Line 2, Eurotéléport station, 5 min walk. Car: Private covered parking on site, 3 spaces, included in every reservation. Train: Lille-Flandres or Lille-Europe, then metro L2.

Do you have parking?

Yes — a private covered parking on site, 3 spaces, included in every reservation. You arrive, you park, you walk in. No street walking.

Roubaix at night — is it safe?

Our neighbourhood (rue Alfred de Musset) is residential and quiet. For drivers: our private covered parking means no walking in the street. For metro users: Eurotéléport station (L2) is well-lit and busy at all hours.

Practical

Do you speak English?

Yes, we speak English fluently. Feel free to call, write or WhatsApp us in English — we'll reply within 24 hours.

Can children come?

No. Our space is adults only (18+). This is a deliberate choice to preserve the atmosphere we've designed.

Do you provide towels, robes, etc.?

Yes — robes (various sizes), towels, bath sheets, hairdryer, brushes, makeup remover, body wash, shampoo. You only need to bring your everyday clothes.

I forgot something. How do I get it back?

Contact us as soon as possible (phone or WhatsApp). We keep lost items for 15 days. We can ship them at your cost or hand them over during your next visit.
